WHERE AND WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

Products ordered through this website will only be delivered to destinations in Italy.

Deliveries are carried out by courier GLS Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. 

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number  via e-mail where you can track your parcel online, at any time.

SHIPPING TIMES 

Orders placed before midnight will be processed on the following business day. Delivery to major Italian cities generally arrive between 1-2 business days after the order is processed. It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by a third parties and can vary based on carrier, weather conditions, or other variables.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are already included in the product cost.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• The minimum order amount is € XX.
• Once an order has been placed and paid for it is forwarded to our warehouse system for processing. At that point, it is no longer possible to make changes to an order. Before completing an order, we advise you to double check the shipping address and the items in your cart to ensure all details are correct.
• If no one is present at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of passage in the mailbox..
