STAY FRESH

The Stay Fresh collection is designed to regulate body temperature when practicing outdoor sports in temperatures down to as low as 4°/5°C.

Stay Fresh or Stay Warm?

Stay Fresh and Stay Warm have the same composition, but a different yarn thickness and therefore a different weight.

Stay Warm yarn is thicker, giving the garment more weight. The thickness of the yarn also results in a wider hollow core, making this base layer capable of retaining more heat than Stay Fresh.

When to use it

Stay Fresh short sleeve is perfect, this season, for trail runners who face temperature swings and sudden changes in temperature.

The tank top and sleeveless versions this season are suitable for city running.

For those who cycle , the Hyper-light vest model is recommended for its perforated design in the areas prone to the most perspiration.

PRODUCT TESTING

To ensure consistently optimal performance, our products are regularly tested.

We tested the Stay Fresh collection to confirm its temperature regulation and moisture-wicking capabilities

TEST CONDITIONS

1. Three base layers were tested, all designed for the same weather conditions and in the same price range.

2. The athlete wore the same base layer every time.

3. Measurements were taken until reaching and maintaining 300W for a duration of 20’ and with a heart rate around 170 BPM.

Test results

THERMAL CAMERA DETECTION

Silverskin Stay Fresh has superior temperature regulation capabilities, which is evident from the almost complete absence of blue patches indicating damp areas of the skin.

MOISTURE DATA COLLECTION

The three base layers were weighed before and after use.

Stay Fresh’s weight increase is 30% lower than that of the competition.
